My work is based in connection and storytelling. With a documentary approach, I find success when I work closely with people to understand their personality, background and story, and what is most important to them to have captured. Through that connection I search for moments of your story from the energy of the space, the connection between you and your partner, and the in between moments you didn’t plan for but became part of your story. I create personal, artistic, and authentic images by intentionally understanding my clients, gently guiding where needed, and polishing everything with an lived-in yet editorial approach.

I have been photographing weddings for over 9 years and traveled to over 30 countries in South America, Asia, Europe, and beyond. Before becoming a photographer I studied and worked in lighting design and concert photography. Both of which have informed my work and helped me understand the composition of great lighting with unpredictable moments.
